There are many ways to describe Jefferson Starship, the high-flying super-band that rose from the ashes of Jefferson Airplane. Members of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and featured attractions of America’s three most famous 60s rock festivals – Woodstock, Monterey and Altamont, but like all bands, Jefferson Starship’s ultimate, lasting legacy is its music – and among their monster hits: “Somebody to Love,” “White Rabbit,” “Volunteers,” “The Ballad of You & Me & Pooneil,” “Miracles,” “Count on Me,” and “Starship.”
