Nate Najar with Stacey Kent and Jim Tomlinson

It’s a jazz trio like no other! Nate Najar, the heir apparent to the great Charlie Byrd, is one of the few contemporary musicians playing jazz on the classical guitar.

A masterful interpreter of Brazilian samba and bossa nova music, Grammy-nominated vocalist Stacey Kent is able to transcend genre and national boundaries with an ease that few other artists can.

Saxophonist Jim Tomlinson has been called the Stan Getz to Stacey Kent’s Astrud Gilberto. As well as arranging and producing his wife’s recordings, the gifted composer has made three albums as a duet with her; The Lyric was named Album of the Year at the BBC Jazz Awards in 2006.
